I had my baby shower when I was 6 months pregnant, can we say EAGER? Actually, I had it so early because my entire family lives in Cali and that was the last time I could fly safely so, I decided to make a trip all by myself for a long weekend and have a baby shower with my BFF's and my family. It was beautiful.
I was blessed with hundreds of dollars in gift cards so I wouldn't have to trsvel with anything back to NY. I immediately started shopping. One of the first things I bought was the Pack N Play. I think that they are God sent because they are so affordable and can be used for so long! Then, I saw this one below--the Graco Elyse Pack N Play. I ordered it and a few weeks later--it was here!
It's super cute, right? Once I opened the box to put it together I noticed that it was a lot more grey than it looked online. I was a tad disappointed since I really like the look of brown and pinks. So, I went to Twitter and mentioned that I didn't like the colors. Low and behold-- @GracoBaby responded with a solution!
This is the new Lily Pack N Play with the Newborn Napper! GENIUS! I love it! I just got it Wednesday and although I wasn't feeling too well, I used every ounce of energy I had to put it together and sit in awe of it's cuteness.
It took me about 45 mins to put together! Not bad at all in comparison to a crib which I have no energy to even unpack from the box! Besides, this Pack N Play will be Suriyah's bed for a few months. The other two kids slept in their's for about 6 months comfortably and then they loved to play in it for hours!
I was really impressed with the level of care that Graco really shows on Twitter. The girls behind the Graco Baby Twitter account are sweeties. I especially have to thank Kelly who was the one who helped me from start to finish.
I come from a customer service management background and have to admit that Graco has one of the best customer service teams I have ever worked with. Fast, courteous and professional. I love knowing that I can count on Graco!
